Smith Physical Therapy+ has once again been recognized as the Best of the Fox winner in the Physical Therapy category, earning another community-voted honor in the 2026 awards presented by Shaw Local and the Northwest Herald.

With more than 82,000 votes cast across McHenry County, the Best of the Fox Awards celebrate local businesses and organizations selected by the community. This recognition marks another year of Smith PT+ being honored among the area’s top businesses.

“We are so grateful to our patients, clients and community for continuing to support Smith Physical Therapy+ and for making this recognition possible,” said Denise Smith.

The Northwest Herald covered the awards presentation at the Dole, which honored the nearly 500 businesses and organizations who were recognized with this honor.
