This is not a class and not traditional physical therapy. It’s one-on-one, evidence-based care that bridges the gap between insurance-driven PT and generic fitness programs. With the right guidance and support, many of the common physical challenges of menopause can be managed or improved.

Menopause Movement Medicine is a specialized, one-on-one program led by a menopause specialist who happens to be a physical therapist. The extensive training of the team is help women manage the “movement” side of menopause: strength, mobility, and recovery during perimenopause and menopause.

This program bridges the gap between insurance-based PT and generic workouts by providing personalized, menopause-specific care focused on long-term strength and function.  It is designed for women who are experiencing changes in strength, energy, joint health, or overall physical performance due to the transition into menopause.  This service is not covered by insurance but may be eligible as an HSA or FSA expense (please contact your responsible party for more information).  A prescription from your physician is not required.
