Whether you’re training for your next race or just looking to feel stronger during your Orangetheory workouts, this complimentary, interactive workshop, led by April Sliwka, will help you improve your running efficiency and reduce your risk of injury.

In this workshop you’ll:

• Learn practical running technique concepts
• Perform drills designed to reinforce better mechanics
• Receive a personalized video analysis of your treadmill running

Together with April, you’ll review your footage, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable tips you can start using right away.
