In partnership with the Cary-Grove Area Chamber of Commerce and the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce, we held a ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday, May 14th to celebrate this exciting new chapter in our commitment to innovative rehabilitation and performance care.

As the only aquatic rehabilitation center in McHenry County, this facility expands the services offered by Smith Physical Therapy+. Our 90-degree heated therapy pool is designed to provide a safe, supportive, and rejuvenating environment for patients recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or looking to improve athletic performance.

Why Aquatic Rehab?

Aquatic therapy uses the natural properties of water—buoyancy, resistance, and hydrostatic pressure—to reduce stress on joints while improving mobility, circulation, strength, and endurance. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking to increase performance, aquatic rehab offers a powerful, low-impact solution.

Every session is personalized and 1-on-1 with a skilled physical therapist who understands how to help you move better, feel better, and perform at your best.
