“We firmly believe that the therapist and the patient should decide the plan of care – not the insurance company. You shouldn’t have to go back to your activities without feeling ready. Nor should you have to wait for pain in order to seek knowledge on how to prevent it.
We give you back your control and provide you the care you deserve with treatment plans customized around YOU.”

EXCELLENT Based on 151 reviews Posted on Laura BianchiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recommend this place to everyone I know but realized I never have done a Google review. This is an amazing practice that focuses on 1:1 care. Thank you to Dana, Jen and Denise for so much support and care over the years!Posted on D CarterTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Of all of the therapy establishements I've used over the past years Smith is #1 with me. Caring and focused with great communication skills. And, Dana I can't say enough about. By far the best I've enountered.Posted on Matthew WelchTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would definitely recommend working with Megan. I was having knee pain from running and after working with her on my form for a few weeks, I’m back to running without pain. She was patient and worked with me until I understood how to fix my form.Posted on Stephanie HongTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 12/10 recommend Smith Physical Therapy. I was referred there by a friend after injuring myself running, and was blown away by the service. Learned a lot about how to clean up my running technique to avoid future injuries. I love that they have videos of the exercises you need to do at home to support your recovery (because who remembers all of the cues and form tips PT gives you once you get home?) When my running injury was resolved, I got a great referral to help with my pelvic floor issues. I appreciate that the people at Smith were honest about when I had reached the level of care they could offer, and gave a referral to a service that I needed, but wasn’t currently offered there. Overall, great PT practice with a culture that’s encouraging and fun. Has great modern amenities that help you be more successful with your homework. Will be my first call if a PT need arises in the future.Posted on Shannon HargisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I originally reviewed this place 5 stars while I was in physical therapy. But had to lower it to 4 stars because as I was finished up my PT I was still having to limit my movements to avoid locking up in my left glute and couldn't rollerblade or do repeated exercises without getting off and locked up. During this time I kindly brought up these issues with various points outlined here: (1)not to keep strengthening glute medius because that was making me worse and feeling locked up. (2) To do more whole body exercises vs one muscle (3) to focus on the other muscles like adductors and hip flexors (4) knees over my toes was not happening on my left side (would have been seen if we did more full body exercises. This has continued to throw me off around the house) (5) I felt my hamstring catching from a previous tear/scar tissue and knew I needed to have it scraped out with their hard plastic thing. (6) Asked for a new therapist a couple times to finish up as these issues were not resolving. Instead I was discharged and these issues didn't fully resolve. I was going to finish up after discharge working with a personal trainer at the facility which ended up hurting my lower back a lot and she said I needed more specialized pt work. I tried a different facility doing personal training and became very off and in pain from doing squats. So I had to come back and pay $850 out of pocket for 6 sessions which really helped me. I worked with Lauren for my 6 sessions and she helped me with all the areas I mentioned. Although I still feel I need more pt and unfortunately it is super expensive. I really wish i could have finished up better while getting reimbursed for these expensive visits. Otherwise it's a great place with good vibes and they can specialize in running and extra stuff too. They also helped me a lot with my jaw pain. I guess I'll need to save up more money if I need to become athletic again 😅Posted on Jill MarieTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. SmithPT has been a trusted partner for myself and my family for years now. They are patient, supportive, and truly care about finding the best outcome. They’ve helped us with everything from car injury rehab to running techniques, to postpartum help, to aches and pains from old injuries. There is no one else we trust as much as SmithPT!Posted on Daisy OrquiolaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Going through any rehabilitation therapy is never enjoyable. However, it never felt like that at Smith PT. Denise and team genuinely care about their patients and are incredibly kind. Denise not only treated my injury; she took the time to get to know me and create a personalized plan for my goals. When attending my appointments, it always felt like self-care and I looked forward to my sessions with Denise. She's amazing and cannot recommend her enough!Posted on Grace SossTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Smith is so great! Tracy and Megan have really helped me with strengthening my leg after injuring it and getting ready to return to play!
