WOW Luncheon: Strong Women, Strong Careers

Smith Physical Therapy+ is proud to partner with the Cary-Grove Chamber of Commerce to host the February WOW (Women Optimizing Women) Luncheon, celebrating the connection between women’s physical strength and the confidence, resilience, and success they achieve in their careers.

Led by Denise Smith, this session will explore how building physical strength can fuel professional success. Women navigate many roles (at work, at home, with family, and in the community) and strength training offers far more than physical benefits alone. It cultivates confidence, mental toughness, and a sense of capability that naturally supports leadership and career growth.

Through discussion and demonstration, participants will explore how intentional movement and strength-based exercise can help them manage stress, improve posture and presence, and create a stronger foundation,  both physically and mentally, for success in every aspect of life.

Registration is required through the Cary-Grove Chamber of Commerce.
Tickets are $30 for members of the chamber; $35 for non-members. Lunch from Tropical Smoothie Cafe is included in ticket price.
