Age Strong – Winter 2026

Age Strong is a 6 week class that runs January 8th through February 12th, 2026. This class focuses on basic strength building for those that may struggle to do daily activities (i.e, emptying the dishwasher, carrying laundry upstairs, unloading the car of your groceries, etc.). The class creates functional strength for day to day life.

The class meets once a week on Thursdays, from 1-2pm for 6 weeks.

Class Dates: 1/8, 1/15, 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12

6 week session: $85

If you are interested in the class but can not commit to 6 weeks, you are welcome to “drop-in” for $20 per class. Please call our clinic at 815-893-9075 to check availability and reserve your “drop-in” spot!
