It’s not just in your head.
Dizziness, prolonged concussion symptoms, jaw pain, headaches and the movement restrictions of Parkinson’s do not have to be your normal.
Concussion Management & Rehabilitation
Concussion recovery can be complicated and confusing; we are here to help get you back to the activities you love.
Beginning concussion rehabilitation as soon as possible helps to shorten recovery time and ensures a safe return to the things you need to do and the activities you love to do. Our comprehensive concussion rehabilitation program determines the origins of your concussion and prolonged concussion symptoms to design a customized treatment plan just for you. Your care will include an assessment of your neck and jaw, eye motor function, inner ear vestibular function and aerobic exercise tolerance.
Vestibular Rehabilitation
Get your life back into focus – dizziness does not have to be your normal.
Dizziness can come from your brain, vestibular system (inner ear), oculomotor (visual) system, or proprioception issues (knowing where your body is in space). We have the expertise to figure out the origin of your symptoms and the skill to get you better. We will design a custom program specific to your needs and goals.
Headaches and TMJ
Head, neck and jaw pain does not have to happen.
Head pain can be caused by many different problems, including neck dysfunctions, TMJ pain, and tight muscles. Our one-on-one care, designed specifically for you, will help reduce or even eliminate head pain caused by the most common types of headaches and jaw dysfunction.

Annual Balance Assessment
Stay on your feet—before a fall takes you off them.
Balance begins to decline in our 40s, often without us noticing until a trip or fall occurs. At Smith PT+, our Annual Balance Assessment identifies subtle changes in strength, mobility, and stability before they become dangerous. We’ll evaluate your movement, environment, and health history to create a personalized plan that keeps you steady and strong.
